Where land and estate owners wish to rationalise their land or property holdings DPP will provide advice and guidance based on prevailing planning policies, development prospects and commercial realities. We offer planning strategy advice, development appraisals, disposal or alternative use strategies and a development plan monitoring service. In due course we then produce masterplans, assist with securing appropriate land allocation in the relevant local development plan or support planning applications for a proposed development scheme.
