Schools and colleges, health centres, care homes - these may be developed by the private or the public sector and may be new build, re-developments or extensions to existing facilities. DPP has clients involved in all such development and through our work in these areas we have evolved the particular skills that are often needed, from painstaking public consultation and stakeholder discussions to a sympathetic understanding of the complex locational and user requirements.
