Training and career development
DPP has a well-developed career structure from Assistant Planner through to Partner. We provide all employees with the opportunity to acquire and develop the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their full range of duties effectively and to prepare them for the next stage of their career.
On the job planners will gain varied experience, working on projects on behalf of our residential, commercial and retail clients. You will work with experienced planners and Partners across a number of different disciplines who will provide you with the support and guidance needed to develop your expertise.
Foundation Programme
The programme complements on-the-job learning with sessions focused on the technical aspects of planning and on business and soft skills. It also brings planners across the firm together regularly, providing mutual support and networking opportunities.
