As a Town Planning practice with Heritage, Sustainability, Urban Design and Graphics services, we comprise nine equity partners and around 140 staff. The partnership converted to LLP in 2008 having been established in 1973.
We operate from nine UK offices and one in the Republic of Ireland and are in the top ten of the RTPI's list of UK planning consultancies. Our reputation, confirmed through Client Review Survey 2009 of 150 clients and contacts, is for providing high quality, cost-effective planning services. We are noted for our professional and technical skills and experience, matched by strong commercial outlook.
We operate across public and private sectors comprising: logistics & business space, estates & portfolios, health & education, leisure & hotels, residential, retail, public sector and regeneration. Clients include government departments, executive agencies and non-departmental public bodies such as HMCS, the Marine and Coastguard Agency, English Heritage and local authorities, as well as major property developers, landowners, commercial operators and public/private partnerships.
