Chartered Memberships

Chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and Irish Institute of Planning (IPI) or equivalent

We encourage all our planning staff to obtain membership of a relevant professional body. For most this will be the RTPI or IPI. We see this as a key part of your career development and it is recognised and valued by our clients. The on-the-job training and the Foundation Programme are in place to support planners to obtain their membership. The firm supports planners in meeting the RTPI's requirements for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) route to membership of the RTPI, and DPP's mentoring scheme is designed with the APC recommendations in mind.


We are delighted to announce that in November 2008 we were awarded Learning Partner status by the RTPI.
