Mentoring at DPP

DPP has a structured mentoring programme which is particularly valuable for new joiners. The firm believes in the benefits of mentoring for all employees and encourages everyone to participate. We focus our process on planners working towards their membership of professional bodies. Our aim is to support individuals to reach their full potential, by providing a confidential and safe environment for them to discuss and seek guidance on how to achieve their career and personal goals. On joining, new Assistant Planners are invited to meet regularly with an experienced planning professional to receive this support. This programme also provides an opportunity to build relationships and learn from others outside your immediate team.
