Corporate Responsibility

Corporate Responsibility at DPP

Introduction

At DPP we take our environmental and social responsibilities seriously, recognising the important role these have to play in our day to day activities, the communities we operate in and the clients we provide a service to. The drive for this programme came from our 2009 staff survey and our people’s continued involvement is integral to our success.

As part of our commitment we achieved certification to ISO14001, the internationally recognised environmental and sustainability standard. We are one of the first UK planning consultancies to meet its rigorous requirements.

Having ISO14001 shows our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and delivering sustainability benefits through our work with clients and suppliers. The standard will play an increasingly important role for DPP in terms of winning and retaining clients as many, particularly in the public sector, require consultants to achieve high environmental and sustainability standards.  Our Corporate Responsibility Policy encapsulates the firm's ethos.
