Our Team
DPP operates as a team in a number of different ways. Firstly, there are the Executive Directors and set the strategic directions; they elect Directors to join a board which runs the business at the operational level.
The board is chaired by Jill Riley and Bob Robinson who work in close partnership to drive the business forward. The heads of finance, human resources, IT and business development also sit on the operations board. This means the firm is managed proficiently and commercially, releasing the planning professionals to focus on building their expertise and experience for the benefit of our clients.

Jill Riley
Jill has 25 years of planning experience across all sectors and has project managed many large portfolio based assignments. Her strengths are in providing strategic advice, progressing complex planning schemes and developing strong client relationships. She has appeared as an expert witness at many planning inquiries.
Bob Robinson
Bob has developed an expertise in handling mixed use regeneration projects, as well as retail schemes for regional developers in the north and northeast of England. He also advises industrial clients on their expansion programmes and disposal of surplus land holdings.
