The Board Office

DPP operates as a team in a number of different ways. Firstly, there are the members or the equity partners who own the business and set the strategic directions; they elect members to join the executive board which runs the business at the operational level. The board is chaired by Dr Simon Chapman who as our strategic business advisor brings an independent view with commercial experience and insights. The heads of finance, human resources, IT and business development also sit on the board. This means the firm is managed proficiently and commercially, releasing the planning professionals to focus on building their expertise and experience for the benefit of our clients.
