DPP's London team is led by Mark Dodds, Justin Mills and Marie Nagy and includes 22 planning, urban design and heritage professionals. Senior Partner, Richard Flack, is now based here along with Roger Mascall. who leads DPP's heritage team. Sunil Shah who is Head of Sustainability also works from our London office.
Established in 2005 this office has quickly built upon the firm's existing experience of leading large development projects in Greater London. Clients include: landowners; residential builders; retail and leisure developers and operators; local authorities; local authority/ private sector partnerships; and the Court Service (HMCS).
We operate in all development sectors but notably in retail, residential, mixed use development and public services. In addition to navigating the planning process, DPP has particular expertise in preparing and negotiating on retail and leisure assessments, employment and housing studies, heritage appraisals, and Environmental Impact Assessments. Accordingly, DPP is well placed to guide major development through planning.
