The historic landscape is recognised by a number of designations and often provides the setting for other heritage assets. We have experience of landscape characterisation work and the promotion of change made in light of an understanding of historic landscape interest.

Registered parks or gardens often provide the immediate setting for listed buildings and proper assessment is required in preparing proposals for change such as enabling development.
