As part of its portfolio work for the Ministry of Justice, HMCS, DPP has advised on the implications for Her Majesty's Court Service of targeted growth within priority growth areas across London. This continues to involve representations to the London Plan and London Borough LDF documents to protect and promote the court estate and to help facilitate new court development.
