BERESFORD PLACE, COLERAINE - TESCO STORES LIMITED

This was a large-scale project which involved the replacement of an existing Tesco store by a store three times the size. The store is located in the town centre but on a highly visible site along the riverside. Given its scale at over 10,000 sq m it was an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) project.

OBJECTION TO 600 000 SQ FT OFFICE DEVELOPMENT AT TITANIC QUARTER

This is a strategic objection to a 600,000 sq ft Financial Services Campus (FSC) to be located at Phase III of Belfast’s Titanic Quarter.
