Planning applications are at the heart of DPP’s services. But there is far more to a successful application than simply filling in forms and submitting plans. We actively promote our clients’ applications by negotiation with the local planning authority, most of whom we know, through our network of offices. We prepare and submit supporting information and advise on any conditions or legal agreements that may be required. If a scheme is called-in we can advise on the strategy required at inquiry. Finally, we are always happy to help with implementation issues once permission has been granted.
