At DPP we understand the complexities of residential planning, driven as it is by the Government’s agenda on deliverability, sustainability and improved design. We have built up a great deal of experience working with our clients within the realities of the house building industry and the planning system. For many years we have provided this support for the country's major residential developers, including Barratt Homes, Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes, as well as for smaller regional house builders. Some of our projects have turned out to be ground-breaking in achieving permissions by testing and sometimes challenging in practice the constantly evolving and complex policy on housing development.
